Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please review the policy below.

Definitions

Custom-Made Products: Standard sizes are produced according to our size chart. If you choose Custom Size and provide your measurements, the garment is made to those numbers (minor tolerances may still occur).

Ready-to-Ship Products: Pre-made, off-the-rack items. If a product page includes a Size Chart, please follow that chart for your final selection. If there is no size chart, use our general size chart as reference.

1. Ready-to-Ship Products (Including Evening Dresses and Other Apparel)

  • Order Cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, no questions asked.
    • If you cancel your order after 24 hours, a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a product with defects or damage, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Custom-Made Products (Including Wedding Dresses)

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Rush / Expedited Tailoring: once placed, these orders cannot be cancelled (we begin cutting immediately upon receipt).
    • For other custom orders, if you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • If you cancel your custom order after 24 hours, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a custom product with defects or damage, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 50% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. General Return Conditions

  • Return Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags still attached and the packaging unopened.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Please note: All returned products must meet the criteria above to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

4. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

During peak sales seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to events beyond our reasonable control—such as courier strikes, extreme weather, customs or government restrictions, public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics), and similar disruptions—orders may experience delivery delays. Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation. We will coordinate with carriers and keep you updated; standard return options remain available once you receive the item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@ukdress.com within the appropriate time frame. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
